We offer Delivery to Northern Ireland,Ireland,uk ,Scotland and the rest of the world.

when buying a fish cuc please do your research as we can not be held responsible for any loss.

Delivery costs for products and livestock is added up in the cart when buying.

All livestock bagged with pure Oxygen and heat source in colder weather.

In colder Months we may not ship an hold back on your order till safe to post.

We offer DOA on arrival "only" an claims made before 5pm the same day.with pictures of the bag clearly sealed as it came,picture of the box if was damaged(if this is the case then we recommend making a claim from royal mail our the courier) Once the fish goes into your tank No refund will be given.

No refund on postage will be given on DOA

(Only the cost of the livestock)

On a doa arrival we may ask for the fish to be posted back in a empty clear bag ,with a sample of the bags water(20ml)an also a recorded temperature of water in bag at time of arrival.This return postage will be refunded by us.
